The East Africa Famine Relief was a great success. Over 400 families recieved maize flour, tea leaves, cooking oil, rice, salt, sugar and milk. These families recieved enough to feed themselves for upto a week. The relief project was carried on a week long project, visiting villages who were unable to get to the relief themselves. We request that the donations keep coming in, as we would like to go back and visit villages that we unfortunately missed out.

Please take a look at the successful relief campaign ILMUK made in East Africa in January 2012. The Relief helped over 400 families from the immediate village and more than 5 neighbouring villages. Take a look at last years successfull Qurbani project. ILMUK helped the needy to get the qurbani meat that you all kindly donated. Qurbani 2010 was successfully carried out in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Malawi. We hope that this years qurbani makes it possible to supply meat to many more countries and many more needy [...]
